Growing up my dad always told me “to be at your peak, your mind, heart and body all need to be on the same page”. As I’ve gotten older, I have seen this become more and more true. As cheesy as it sounds, the gym saved me from myself. I used to be a very insecure person, never really sure of myself or what I wanted to do with my life. I started to feel like I didn’t have a purpose. Working out is now my passion for so many more reasons than just “looking good”. I’ve became so strong mentally and learned to be determined and resilient in every aspect of my life. I’ve learned what it feels like to have my mind, heart and body all be on the same page.
My goal is to empower and motivate all of you to feel the same way. There is so much more to a healthy lifestyle than just working out, so I wanted to create something that will help you in every aspect. Not just a quick 30-day program, or a simple pdf, but something that is constantly evolving as you do. I’m here to help you and give you all the tools to reach your goals… but it all starts with you!
